Mine is! I stopped home for my lunch break, at noon today, to see my next door neighbor washing his car! Way to obey the current 100% outdoor water use ban! What part of, "No outdoor water use" do you not understand? I would be more than happy to explain it to you in terms that you can understand!
What good is your clean car going to do you when you are stinking up the inside with your body odor because you have not been able to shower for 2 weeks?
But, hey! At least the outside of your transportation looks good! That is all that matters, right?
