There are some people in the world that you can pretty much expect will do something stupid and it won't really surprise you. Britney Spears is becoming one of those people. But, she managed to surprise me today. She requested an emergency hearing in which she was hoping to get back visitation rights with her kids in a therapeutic setting. Basically, she would be granted visitation rights with someone monitoring the entire visit. So, she requested the emergency hearing. She should have shown up. It is sort of a given that if you make a request of other people's time, you should be there with those other people. She didn't have to show up. Neither did Kevin Federline. But, he did and she did...until she decided she didn't want to be there and just turned around and left without even entering the courtroom! Really? Well, I guess she can't complain about the fact that the Commissioner decided to leave the current custody situation in Kevin's hands...entirely. She still can't visit her kids. Thank God!
I know that there is a lot of speculation that she has been tentatively diagnosed with some form of Bipolar Disorder. Apparently, she has never been tested for it but, it is the possible cause of all her erratic behavior. But, that doesn't give her an excuse for being such a bad mother and an all around disrespectful pain in the public's ass! Especially since, I have no doubt that if people have questioned this possible affliction in the past, it has been brought up to her and she should take it seriously and get herself properly examined. That is what a responsible person would do and, it isn't like she can't afford the tests and resulting medicines she might need. Come on! There are people in the world who know there is something wrong with them and they don't have the means or the money to seek proper help or get even a modicum of answers. They pray for what she has at her disposal. She just squanders every opportunity that she has been blessed with! She is inconsiderate and an absolute wreck and she needs to find herself in a rubber room STAT!
