Fox News Radio Host John Gibson has some heartless things to say about Heath Ledger somewhere around an hour after news of his death broke. Listen to this fool make an ass out of himself: http://thinkprogress.org/2008/01/23/gibson-mocks-ledger/
And, listen to MSNBC host Keith Olberman respond to this butt: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/22811536#22811536
I love his last few remarks!
There will never be a time when someone can joke about someone else's death. Regardless of one's opinion about a person's death, it saddens someone, whether it is one person or one million people, that that person no longer shares space on this Earth with the rest of us. Whether you liked Heath Ledger as an actor or not, there is nothing funny about his death. I am probably one of the few people that has never seen Brokeback Mountain. And, it isn't by choice. I do intend to watch it someday. Really, I just need to remember to look for it via my Tivo and schedule it to record it. And, I have seen others of his movies, including 10 Things I Hate About You, which I have seen a couple of times. The man knew his craft and never fell anywhere near short in his performances. He is to be respected...no matter what his personal life was like (drugs or not) and regardless of how he may or may not have died...as everything is only speculation as this point and until the toxicology report comes out.
Forgive me for my blabbering but, I was outraged at John Gibson's nasty remarks and, I hate to say this but, Karma has a way of biting people in the ass. If ever Karma had a new ass-biting candidate on the top of its list, John Gibson just wrote his name in the number one spot.
