Wet News!

So, for about 5 or more days, it has been common knowledge in my area that we would be expecting some pretty nasty weather. At the very least, it was supposed to rain a lot today. The hubby and I got up and it was, indeed, pouring rain. The hubby went out to get the newspaper from the end of our driveway and brought back a single bagged, soaking wet, totally unreadable paper. You would think that they would have double bagged it. But, maybe I am just being too hard on them. I mean, how were they supposed to know that it would rain and that the papers would need two bags to ensure that they would stay dry? I mean, they are just the news. What do they know about weather or what kind of weather we should expect to have?
